Thrive Squad is a company that focuses on providing support for digital marketing efforts, and they are seeking an Administrative & Digital Marketing Coordinator. The role involves assisting the Marketing Department with digital marketing projects, including managing social media, executing marketing campaigns, and improving processes for efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Assist Thrive Squad's Marketing Department with daily digital marketing project in-take and coordination
• Execution and reporting of client email, paid social media, non-paid social media calendars, creation of digital content, and digital marketing campaigns
• Focus on SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Marketing and Real Estate Industry Marketing
• Post/schedule to various social media platforms/channels for clients

Skills

• Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, Google Ads, LinkedIn Marketing, Facebook Marketing, and Real Estate Industry Marketing
• Ability to assist with daily digital marketing project in-take and coordination
• Experience in executing and reporting on client email, paid social media, non-paid social media calendars, and digital marketing campaigns
• Strong detail-oriented and tech-savvy skills
• Ability to learn new tasks and integrate with clientele and team
• Ability to attend and host conference calls and act as a liaison between departments
• Ability to work in a separate and quiet working space
• Own a computer or laptop, high-speed internet, and cell or home phone
• Having two screens for efficiency is highly recommended

• This is a 1099 contractor position.
