Responsibilities

• Must-Have Skills : AI, LLMs, Harness Engineering
• 8+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience in AI harness engineering and workflow automation
• Expertise in AI agents, tool orchestration, subagents, memory management, and guardrail design
• Strong Python and TypeScript development skills
• Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and context engineering
• Experience with LangChain, LiteLLM, Langfuse, and LangSmith
• Experience working with OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google APIs
• AWS cloud services experience
• Strong system design, API design, and architecture skills
• Experience integrating Salesforce and Databricks
• Experience deploying production-grade AI solutions
• Healthcare or other regulated industry experience preferred
