In this role, you will develop and execute marketing campaigns across various channels while collaborating with cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, email, and offline channels
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with broader business goals
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, audience insights, and opportunities
• Support content planning and creation while ensuring consistency with brand messaging
• Track campaign performance and turn data into actionable recommendations
• Assist with budget planning and help ensure campaigns are delivered efficiently
• Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and partners when needed

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in marketing, growth, brand, or campaign execution roles
• Hands-on familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, analytics tools, or email marketing platforms
• Strong campaign execution skills, with the ability to manage multiple marketing initiatives at the same time
• Good understanding of digital marketing fundamentals, including paid campaigns, social media, email marketing, SEO, and performance tracking
• Ability to interpret campaign data, spot patterns, and make practical recommendations to improve results
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create or guide clear, effective messaging
• Comfort working cross-functionally with design, content, product, and business teams
• A proactive, ownership-driven mindset — you take initiative, follow through, and care about outcomes
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in planning, coordination, and execution
• Curiosity about market trends, consumer behavior, and evolving marketing best practices
• Experience working with campaign reporting, performance dashboards, or marketing analytics
• Experience with project management or collaboration tools
