They are seeking an Associate Talent Coordinator to track, organize, and execute brand partnerships for influencers, working closely with Talent Managers and brand partners to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sales//Talent Management teams in executing brand campaigns for our roster
• Collaborate directly with creators on concepts, timelines, and deliverables
• Work closely with brand partners to ensure deadlines, guidelines, and expectations are met
• Maintain clear organization of all campaign materials within internal systems and follow established processes for efficient execution
• Ensure all deliverables move through the pipeline on time (content reviews, approvals, scheduling, etc.)
• Provide general administrative and operational support across the team as needed
