In this role, you'll meet virtually with individuals and families who have requested information regarding available benefits. Your responsibility is to guide them through available options, answer questions, and assist with the enrollment process in a professional and supportive manner. What You'll Do

Conduct virtual meetings with individuals and families Explain available benefit options in clear, simple language Assist clients through enrollment and application processes Maintain accurate records and follow-up communication Deliver a positive and professional client experience Participate in ongoing training and development programs Who Tends to Succeed We often see success from candidates with backgrounds in: Customer service Healthcare support Education Human resources Retail management Hospitality Administrative support No prior insurance experience is required.
