[Remote] Business Advisory Board Member – High-Impact Healthcare Growth

Alzheimer's Treatment Centers of America (ATCA) is focused on building a national infrastructure for precision-based Alzheimer’s and dementia care. They are seeking a business advisory board member who can guide growth strategies, scalable business model development, and governance to effectively scale their healthcare platform addressing Alzheimer's disease and cognitive decline.
Responsibilities
- Advise on enterprise growth priorities, geographic expansion, commercialization strategy, and the strategic decisions required to scale ATCA’s healthcare platform effectively
- Guide the standardization and replication of the clinic platform across markets, including operating frameworks, performance systems, and growth infrastructure that support expansion without compromising quality
- Provide guidance on reimbursement alignment, market positioning, partnership development, business development, unit economics, and sustainable revenue growth
- Advise on strategic differentiation, AI-enabled platform development, digital health integration, and the governance infrastructure required to scale responsibly and credibly
Skills
- Accomplished executive, operator, investor, or strategic growth leader
- Track record in healthcare expansion, multi-site platform development, commercialization, or enterprise value creation
- Experience in advising on enterprise growth priorities and geographic expansion
- Ability to guide the standardization and replication of clinic platforms across markets
- Expertise in reimbursement alignment, market positioning, and partnership development
- Knowledge of strategic differentiation and AI-enabled platform development
