[Remote] Business Development Manager

They are seeking a Business Development Manager to own and grow relationships with gym chains and fitness franchise organizations, focusing on building a pipeline and closing deals.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and build a pipeline of gym chains and franchise organizations (focus: 10-100 location groups)
  • Own the full sales cycle - outreach, discovery, proposal, follow-up, close, and managing the ongoing relationship with the client
  • Leverage your existing industry network to open doors quickly
  • Collaborate with the Gym Launch executive team on strategy, pricing, and deal structure
  • Maintain an accurate CRM pipeline with consistent follow-through
  • Represent Gym Launch at industry events

Skills

  • 5-10 years of B2B sales experience selling to gym chains and fitness franchise organizations
  • You currently sell (or recently sold) a product or service to gym chains or franchise organizations
  • You have meaningful relationships with the decision makers inside multi-location fitness businesses
  • Self-directed, organized, and relentless about follow up
