This role involves driving new business through outbound prospecting and managing the full sales cycle, while also coordinating freight shipments and developing long-term relationships with customers and carriers.

Responsibilities

• Driving new business through outbound prospecting and pipeline development
• Building and managing a personal book of business from scratch
• Owning the full sales cycle from outreach through account growth
• Coordinating freight shipments and managing execution end-to-end
• Negotiating rates and securing carrier capacity
• Developing long-term relationships with customers and carriers

• Prior experience in freight brokerage, logistics, or transportation (required)
• Proven success or clear ability in outbound B2B sales
