Confidential company is seeking a CAPPS HR/PY Tower Analyst to provide functional and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll applications. The role involves configuring and maintaining PeopleSoft HCM modules, managing incident resolution, and ensuring compliance with various standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional and technical support for CAPPS HR/Payroll applications
• Configure and maintain PeopleSoft HCM modules and workflows
• Support statewide agencies using CAPPS
• Coordinate fiscal year-end processing and payroll activities
• Manage incident resolution, change requests, and service tickets
• Ensure compliance with FMLA, NIST, ITIL, and WCAG standards
• Participate in Disaster Recovery testing and audit activities
• Create executive presentations, reports, and system documentation
• Support integrations, batch jobs, reporting solutions, and system enhancements
• Collaborate with business users, vendors, and technical teams
