The role involves designing, developing, and delivering training programs for analysts and operational teams, ensuring mastery of Invision workflows and Revenue Cycle processes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs on Cerner Invision Patient Accounting workflows and related modules
• Train analysts and operational staff on advanced system configuration, troubleshooting, workflow optimization, and best practices
• Develop comprehensive training materials including user guides, process documentation, quick reference guides, and e-learning content
• Conduct hands-on workshops, demonstrations, and knowledge transfer sessions
• Train teams on complex operational requests and historical support scenarios
• Mentor staff on incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system optimization techniques
• Conduct trainee assessments and evaluate production readiness
• Maintain training documentation and knowledge repositories
• Track training effectiveness and report KPIs to stakeholders
• Identify skill gaps and deliver refresher training programs
