• Experience leading a team as a player-coach
• Ability to sharpen positioning and product marketing
• Experience building an AI-native marketing function
• Ability to stay close to customers and carry relationship work
• Credible in the small business, creator, or coach world
• Operated at a senior marketing level (CMO, VP of Marketing, or founder)
• Ability to do the work, not just direct it
• Experience building or rebuilding a marketing function
• Think in distribution first
• AI-native with experience building systems with agents, automations, and content workflows
