The Clinical Education Consultant will strengthen customer relationships through clinical engagement, provide education and training, and collaborate with the commercial organization to support business priorities.

Responsibilities

• Elevate customer success by delivering expert clinical consultations, assessments, and high‑impact education that empower users to achieve optimal outcomes with ASP products
• Strengthen ASP’s market leadership by building trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partnering closely with Sales to provide best‑practice, value‑driven solutions that support strategic accounts
• Advance clinical education by designing, developing, and delivering engaging learning programs and materials that enhance product adoption and drive customer engagement
• Shape ASP’s future offerings by serving as a clinical expert to internal teams - informing product development, identifying market trends, and amplifying the voice of the customer
• Drive operational excellence by managing schedules, budgets, and priorities effectively while collaborating cross‑functionally to evaluate product performance and support key organizational initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) is required
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft software applications (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Up to 75% travel (supporting the Northeast region)
• Registered Nurse (RN) license, preferred
• 5-10 years of current clinical experience in OR and/or SPD and/or Endoscopy, and/or infection prevention practices, preferred
• 3 years' experience in delivering educational programs/presentations, preferred
