This role focuses on enhancing digital content experiences through data-driven insights and collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities

• Curate and optimize content experiences across digital productivity platforms
• Manage content publishing workflows and maintain content quality using CMS tools
• Analyze content performance, customer engagement metrics, and usage trends
• Partner with Product, Design, Engineering, and Content teams to improve user experiences
• Support content experimentation and recommend improvements based on data insights
• Ensure content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with customer needs

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Content Strategy, Content Curation, Content Operations, or Digital Content Management
• Experience working with CMS platforms and digital publishing workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience using content performance metrics and reporting
• Excellent written communication, editing, and storytelling skills
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and content quality
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Experience with AI-powered content tools or content recommendation systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 or enterprise productivity platforms
• Experience with experimentation, A/B testing, or customer engagement analysis
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, Business, Design, or a related field preferred
