This remote position will focus on developing engaging educational content for K–2 supplemental science units, ensuring materials are user-friendly and compliant with accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a cohesive design framework for K–2 supplemental science units
• Ensure materials are visually engaging, user-friendly, and optimized for use by districts, educators, and students
• Collaborate on the preparation of additional units
• Provide ongoing support in accessibility compliance and graphic design across related projects

Skills

• Advanced knowledge and use of Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Proficiency in Adobe Pro
• Awareness of State and Federal ADA Compliance Regulations
• Adherence to TDOE guidance on style and branding requirements
• Background or experience in branding, digital marketing, or graphic design
• Knowledge of InDesign and Canva
• Background in Science content for K-12 material
