Job Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Experience & Sales Ambassador, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to inbound calls and inquiries via email or other communication channels
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with customers via Zoom
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to meet the evolving needs of each client
  • Educating customers on the features and benefits of our products
  • Performing reviews for existing clients and assisting with claims or adjustments as needed
  • Providing attentive customer service and administrative support to ensure seamless sales experiences
  • Collaborating with team members to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate records of sales interactions in our CRM system

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for a self-starter with:

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in using Zoom and MS Office Suite
