Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic, Indiana‑based individuals to fill the role of Remote Customer Service Representative. In this position, you will serve as a critical liaison between car dealerships and prospective car buyers, representing one of the world’s most well‑known automotive brands. No prior automotive knowledge is required—just a commitment to listening, problem‑solving, and delivering a consistently positive experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service through inbound and outbound phone calls, live chat, email, and other digital channels.

Eligibility & Remote Work Requirements

  • Must be a legal resident of Indiana.
  • High‑speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps) with a reliable Ethernet or landline setup.
  • Dedicated, quiet workspace free from distractions.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least three years of customer‑service experience in any fast‑paced environment (call center, retail, hospitality, food service, etc.).
  • Availability to work shifts between 8 a.m. – 9 p.m. Eastern Time / 7 a.m. – 8 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Saturday.
