They are seeking an experienced Clinical RN Leader to develop their Customer Success vertical, bridging AI technology with healthcare delivery and optimizing client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Build Vertical: Design the strategy for the Customer Success department
• Lead Teams: Hire and mentor a high-performing clinical success engagement and customer optimization team
• Onboard Clients: Guide early health system and health plan partners through implementation and desired outcomes realization
• Drive Value: Help clients deploy proactive intervention workflows based on AI biomarker insights
• Optimize Efficiency: Guide care teams to maximize the workflow efficiency gains of our platform
• Shape Product: Partner closely with the executive team to guide overall product direction from customer feedback
• Travel Freely: Travel up to 50% initially throughout the US to support early launch sites

Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required
• Proven history of thriving in a fast-paced startup environment
• Hands-on experience scaling clinically-focused digital health solutions
• Experience working with both health plans (payers) and health systems (providers)
• Deep understanding of Medicare Advantage, HEDIS measures, and value-based care programs
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical leadership or healthcare administration
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for client onboarding
