The Data Analyst will be responsible for analyzing large datasets to generate actionable insights that inform strategic business decisions and support text and document annotation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends and actionable insights using Excel, Google Sheets, SQL and Python
• Collaborate with Senior Analysts and Lead Analysts to interpret client data and propose data-driven strategies
• Clean, validate, and pre-process client datasets for analysis and modeling
• Translate analysis into compelling business narratives and strategic recommendations
• Build lightweight scripts and workflows to automate data handling and save time
• Continuously improve internal workflows and enhance analytical processes
• Collaborate on tool configurations, and enhancements to boost efficiency

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience working in Manufacturing, Aerospace, Consumer, Automotive, or other product companies/startups
• Strong end-to-end ownership with the ability to independently drive projects from problem definition through execution
• Able to understand business objectives and translate them into actionable insights through data analysis and technical/domain expertise
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Must Have: Python, Excel (or Google Sheets), SQL
• Eligibility: This position requires candidates to qualify as a U.S. Person under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) (22 C.F.R. 120.62). Candidates must also be physically located in the United States, including Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories
