Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Remote Data Analyst / Data Modeler to join our innovative team. • Design, develop, and maintain complex data models to support business analytics and reporting needs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into efficient database structures
• Build and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes using tools like SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and scripting languages such as Python or Java
• Develop and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures, and scripts for data extraction and analysis in environments like Microsoft SQL Server, Oracle, or Linux-based systems
• Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvements
• Support the development of data warehouses by implementing best practices in database design and architecture
• Work within Agile teams to deliver iterative improvements on data solutions while ensuring high quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience with SAP systems and extensive knowledge of data modeling techniques
• Strong proficiency in SQL programming, including PL/SQL for Oracle databases and T-SQL for Microsoft SQL Server
• Hands-on experience with ETL tools such as SSIS or similar platforms
• Familiarity with programming languages like Python and Java for automation and data processing tasks
• Solid understanding of Linux environments, database design principles, and data warehouse architecture
• Experience working with databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or other relational database management systems (RDBMS)
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies to facilitate collaborative project execution
• Excellent analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets into actionable insights
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts including normalization, denormalization, star schema design, and dimensional modeling
• Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders
