As a Data Entry Assistant, you will be the guardian of this data, ensuring that every entry is error‑free, up‑to‑date, and readily accessible to coaches and clients alike. Key Responsibilities

  • Client Information Management: Update, verify, and maintain client records in Google Sheets and other cloud‑based databases, ensuring consistency across all platforms.
  • Text‑Based Customer Support: Respond promptly to client inquiries via our proprietary texting platform, providing accurate information, troubleshooting basic issues, and escalating complex matters to the appropriate team.
  • Data Quality Assurance: Conduct regular audits of entered data, identify discrepancies, and correct errors before they impact downstream processes.
  • Workflow Coordination: Log in to the system, complete assigned tasks efficiently, log out, and return at scheduled intervals to clear pending work, adhering to the flexible 15‑hour weekly schedule.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Generate concise reports on completed entries, outstanding tasks, and any recurring data challenges, sharing insights with supervisors for process improvement.
  • Continuous Learning: Stay current with careerzynith’s evolving data standards, platform updates, and best practices in remote data entry and client communication.

Essential Qualifications

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive).
  • Exceptional command of English grammar, spelling, and punctuation.
  • Demonstrated ability to type at a minimum of 55 words per minute with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong listening skills and the ability to interpret client messages accurately.
  • Self‑motivated, reliable, and capable of managing time effectively in a remote environment.
  • High‑speed internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to focused data entry.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

  • Previous experience in a remote data entry, administrative, or customer service role, preferably within the health, fitness, or wellness sector.
