Key Responsibilities

  • Verification & Validation: Perform rigorous cross‑checks against source documents, flag inconsistencies, and resolve discrepancies in collaboration with subject‑matter experts.
  • Documentation Management: Maintain up‑to‑date data entry procedures, style guides, and SOPs to ensure consistency across the remote workforce.
  • Confidentiality Assurance: Handle sensitive personal and financial information in compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal security policies, employing encryption and access‑control best practices.
  • Quality Auditing: Conduct periodic self‑audits and peer reviews, generate error‑rate reports, and propose process improvements to reduce rework.

Essential Qualifications
