The Digital Marketing Coordinator will support the execution of digital marketing strategies, focusing on social media, content creation, and analytics, while collaborating with the marketing team on various initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm, develop, and publish engaging content across social channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube)
• Maintain and execute the social content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand voice and campaign goals
• Monitor social channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely, brand‑appropriate manner
• Monitor social media performance and digital marketing metrics using platform insights and analytics tools
• Compile regular reports highlighting key trends, opportunities, and recommendations
• Support A/B testing, audience insights, and performance optimization across digital channels
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support product launches, promotions, and events
• Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials and digital touchpoints

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, social media, or related field
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, best practices, and emerging trends
• Excellent writing, communication, and storytelling skills
• Experience with social media management tools and basic analytics/reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a collaborative mindset
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
