They are seeking a Director of Royalty Models and Operations to lead the development and execution of royalty distribution models, with a focus on emerging AI-related licensing initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, execution, and continuous evolution of royalty distribution models across a diverse portfolio of licensing programs
  • Oversee royalty methodologies, data collection and analysis, review and analysis of model results, and distribution operations to ensure accuracy, transparency, scalability, and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with internal and external experts and stakeholders to enhance systems, tools, and methodologies

Skills

  • MBA, or Advanced degree in a quantitative or analytical field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong analytical, modelling, forecasting, and data interpretation capabilities
  • Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing complex distribution, compensation, royalty, or financial allocation models
  • Ability to translate complex analytical concepts into clear, actionable insights for diverse audiences
  • Experience overseeing operational processes, workflows, and resource planning in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to balance strategic vision and hands-on execution
  • Adaptability and creative problem-solving skills
