They are seeking a hands-on Director of Engineering to lead product development, grow the engineering organization, and accelerate delivery while shaping architecture and engineering culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day engineering execution across product and platform initiatives
• Partner closely with the CTO on technical architecture, roadmap planning, and engineering strategy
• Design, build, and ship production software alongside the team
• Recruit, hire, and develop a high-performing engineering organization
• Establish engineering processes that maximize speed, quality, and accountability
• Drive rapid iteration cycles and help the team move from idea to production quickly
• Foster a culture of ownership, urgency, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate closely with partners, operators, and clinical stakeholders to translate business needs into software
