The role involves leading day-to-day operations, optimizing processes, and collaborating with executive leadership to support the company's growth.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy and execution across the business
• Develop and implement scalable processes, policies, and workflows
• Establish and track KPIs to measure operational performance and accountability
• Partner with executive leadership on strategic growth initiatives
• Drive process improvement efforts to increase efficiency and profitability
• Collaborate with leaders across finance, sales, HR, and service delivery teams
• Improve resource planning, capacity management, and workforce utilization
• Lead operational integration efforts related to acquisitions and company growth initiatives
• Identify and implement technology solutions that enhance operational effectiveness
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8+ years of progressive operations leadership experience
• Experience within professional services, consulting, business services, or technology-enabled services environments
• Demonstrated success leading operational transformation and scaling initiatives
• Strong financial and business acumen
• Experience creating and managing KPIs, dashboards, and reporting metrics
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
• Highly analytical with a hands-on approach to problem solving
• MBA preferred
• Experience working within a private equity-backed organization strongly preferred
