Our client, a rapidly growing online retail business, is seeking a creative and data-driven Remote E-commerce & Social Media Marketing Lead. This fully remote position is essential for driving online sales, increasing brand awareness, and managing the company's digital presence across all social media platforms and e-commerce channels. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of e-commerce platforms, social media marketing strategies, SEO/SEM, content creation, and performance analytics. You will be responsible for developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns, optimizing website conversion rates, and fostering a strong online community.Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce and social media marketing strategies to drive sales and engagement. Manage and optimize all social media channels (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter) to increase brand visibility and community growth. Create engaging and relevant content for social media, website, and email marketing campaigns. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's e-commerce store, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic. Manage paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, Social Media Ads) to maximize ROI. Analyze website traffic, sales data, and social media performance metrics to identify trends and insights. Develop and implement A/B testing strategies to optimize conversion rates on the website. Collaborate with creative teams and external partners to produce high-quality marketing materials. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices. Manage customer service inquiries and feedback received through social media and e-commerce channels. Build and nurture an online community around the brand. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in e-commerce and social media marketing. Proven experience in managing and growing successful social media accounts and communities. In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento). Proficiency in SEO/SEM best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Strong understanding of content marketing, email marketing, and paid social advertising. Excellent copywriting, editing, and visual content creation skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO). Strong project management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
