[Remote] Enterprise Account Executive

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Flexis IT is a leading global IT services provider specializing in outsourced Network Operations Center, Help Desk, and Security solutions. They are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to drive market expansion by hunting and closing new business within the mid-market and enterprise segments.

Responsibilities

  • Drive New Business: Prospect, qualify, and initiate new enterprise accounts within the target 250–1,500 employee range
  • Pipeline Management: Build a robust, predictable sales pipeline through continuous outbound prospecting, networking, and inbound lead follow-up
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive discovery sessions to understand prospective clients' IT pain points, aligning Flexis’ NOC, Help Desk, and Security capabilities to their strategic goals
  • C-Suite Engagement: Effectively present and pitch to technical and executive stakeholders (CIOs, CTOs, CISOs, Directors of IT)
  • Collaborative Deal Closing: Partner directly with senior leadership and the marketing team to construct tailored pricing models, draft winning proposals, navigate complex negotiations, and finalize contracts

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B corporate sales experience, with a proven track record of selling IT services, Managed Services (MSPs), SaaS, or cybersecurity solutions
  • Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise accounts
  • A solid foundational understanding of NOC environments, IT Help Desk frameworks (ITIL), and managed security operations
  • A self-starter who thrives on cold outreach, leveraging LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, and industry networks to open doors
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to leverage internal senior leadership and business development resources to move deals across the finish line
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills
