Impact Advisors, LLC is a nationally recognized healthcare management consulting firm delivering Best in KLAS advisory, implementation, and optimization services. They are seeking a dynamic and motivated Epic Revenue Cycle Implementation Project Manager to manage complex HIT assessments and implementations, contributing to client success and making a meaningful impact on the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium to large-scale projects to achieve project goals while controlling resources, risks, conflicts, timeliness, and costs
• Lead and execute Epic revenue cycle implementations initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of Epic modules to enhance revenue cycle performance
• Develop project scope, deliverables, and plan in alignment with project objectives
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand business requirements, identify gaps, and implement solutions that align with industry best practices
• Provide expertise on Epic functionality, configurations, and workflow
• Travel, as necessary, to client sites to perform required tasks

Skills

• 5+ years of experience in revenue cycle management within a healthcare setting, with a focus on Epic systems
• In depth knowledge of Epic modules such as Resolute Hospital Billing, Resolute Professional Billing, and Cadence
• Bachelor's degree
• Proven track record of successful leadership in Epic revenue cycle implementation projects
• Ability to interact with all levels of healthcare professionals and staff in one-on-one and group settings
• Plan, budget, communicate issues and risks
• Ability to travel up to 75%, as needed
• Epic Certification (Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, or Cadence is preferred)
