About the Role

We're seeking an experienced and talented Executive Assistant to provide essential support to our CEO, working closely with the executive leadership team to drive success and implement innovative solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Daily oversight of the CEO's commitments, ensuring they are prepared and organized in all interactions
  • Strategic alignment of tasks with EOS principles, comprehending the broader context while remaining detail-oriented
  • Capturing, prioritizing, and translating the CEO's ideas into actionable plans, ensuring alignment with operational standards
  • Management of the CEO's email, calendar, and travel arrangements, facilitating seamless logistics
  • Coordination of in-person events and meetings, overseeing all logistical details to ensure quality outcomes

The Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 3-5+ years of Executive Assistant experience in a rapidly growing business
  • Experience working directly with entrepreneurs, visionaries, or CEOs
  • Proven expertise in process creation and implementation with strong organizational skills
  • College degree, preferably in business, marketing, or healthcare
  • Familiarity or experience within the marketing and healthcare sectors

Preferred qualifications include a background in marketing, business degree, certifications in project management, and experience in client services or engagement with mission-driven organizations.
