The role focuses on developing business opportunities and recruiting legal professionals while fostering a company culture centered on creating remarkable experiences.

Responsibilities

• Developing business opportunities nationally while recruiting legal professionals for our law firm and legal department clients
• Connect with our company culture based on values, fun, community giving, volunteering, celebrating inclusion, and making a positive impact in people’s lives
• Leverage sales methods including calls, email, networking, client visits and social media to successfully prospect new business while also identifying potential legal professionals
• Network and build relationships with prospects, customers, and candidates at the local, regional, and national level to successfully make direct hire and executive placements

Skills

• Individuals with a strong business acumen and customer service skills
• Exceptional business development skills
• Strong communicators with excellent problem-resolution skills
• 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably executive search within the legal industry
• Someone who is enthusiastic about creating remarkable experiences with coworkers, clients, and Ambassadors in line with our company purpose, promise and values
• Someone who embraces being a part of an environment that focuses on belonging
• Bachelor's degree or transferable experience
• Individuals based in the Northern California Bay Area are preferred, but we are open to candidates residing outside the region or out of state
• Previous sales experience preferred
