[Remote] Field Service Management - SF ServiceMax Program Manager

Cygnus Professionals Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join a high-impact digital transformation program with a leading global pharmaceutical company. The role involves leading complex projects in a regulated environment, managing project plans, and driving collaboration across various stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects in a regulated GxP environment
- Drive collaboration across Business, IT & external vendors
- Manage project plans, roadmaps, releases, risks & stakeholder communications
- Lead requirements, enhancements & delivery through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Oversee ServiceMax / Field Service rollouts, including iPad Mobile Forms & DocuSign integrations
Skills
- 10+ years of Project Management experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences
- Strong knowledge of GxP, SDLC, Software Validation, Release Management & DevOps
- Hands-on with Jira, HP ALM (or similar ALM tools)
- Outstanding communication, stakeholder management & leadership skills
- Experience with ServiceMax and/or Field Service is highly preferred
- PMP (or equivalent) preferred
