[Remote] Finance & Accounting Manager

They are seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to support core accounting operations, enhance process improvements, and drive automation within the Finance team.

Responsibilities

Identify opportunities to improve workflows, automate processes, and enhance system integrations Support ongoing improvements in financial reporting and operational efficiency Review and analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and cost-saving opportunities Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking activities A/P, A/R, payroll and commission management Assist in the preparation of financial statements Support accrual schedules and tracking across various expense categories Bank and credit card reconciliation, ensuring accuracy and completeness Maintain compliance with internal controls and applicable financial regulations Assist with external audits Support tax preparation activities and ensure accurate financial reporting Skills Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting systems (QuickBooks or similar preferred) High attention to detail and strong analytical skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with interest in process improvement Benefits Competitive and lucrative compensation and benefits.
