They are seeking a Finance Manager to manage vendor records, assist with accounts payable, and support financial operations and compliance efforts.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain vendor records within BILL and accounting systems
• Coordinate invoice collection, coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Work with staff and vendors to resolve accounts payable issues
• Prepare and review weekly accounts payable reports and assist with issue resolution
• Support the CFO with financial systems, internal controls, reporting, and special projects
• Assist with the preparation of weekly cash flow projection reports
• Monitor expected cash receipts and reimbursement timing
• Coordinate with project managers regarding anticipated funding and spending activity
• Support annual review and maintenance of financial and procurement policies
• Maintain finance policy and procedure documentation

Skills

• Passionate about the non-profit space
• Experience in creating and maintaining vendor records within BILL and accounting systems
• Ability to coordinate invoice collection, coding, approvals, and payment processing
• Experience working with staff and vendors to resolve accounts payable issues
• Ability to prepare and review weekly accounts payable reports and assist with issue resolution
• Support experience with financial systems, internal controls, reporting, and special projects
• Experience assisting with the preparation of weekly cash flow projection reports
