The role involves creating and reviewing finance datasets for AI evaluation, analyzing financial statements, and developing evaluation guidelines for finance-related tasks.
Responsibilities
- Create and review accounting and finance reasoning datasets for AI evaluation
- Analyze financial statements, bookkeeping records, and accounting scenarios
- Evaluate AI-generated responses for accuracy, consistency, and financial reasoning
- Develop prompts, rubrics, and evaluation guidelines for finance-related tasks
- Identify accounting errors and improve dataset quality
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, or financial consulting
- Experience as a CFO Advisor, Controller, Finance Manager, or Financial Consultant
- Active user of QuickBooks Online (QBO) or experience with Omni Chat
- Strong knowledge of accounting, financial reporting, and financial statement analysis
- Experience supporting SMB clients and handling complex accounting queries
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills
