They are seeking a Full Stack Engineer who is proficient in PHP and Laravel, and has a strong understanding of AI coding assistants to help ship features and collaborate across teams.

Responsibilities

• Ship features alongside senior engineers and across product, design, and engineering
• Use AI coding assistants effectively, reading AI output critically and catching bugs or security gaps
• Build projects independently to test ideas and solutions

Skills

• Real fluency with AI coding assistants
• Experience in back-end development with PHP and Laravel
• Experience deploying to the cloud (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Ability to critically read AI output and catch subtle bugs or security gaps
• Ability to recognize outdated patterns and understand AI model strengths and weaknesses
• Experience building products and shipping features
• Ability to work collaboratively across product, design, and engineering teams
