They are seeking a highly experienced Global Product Manager to lead product development and lifecycle management within their medical device portfolio, focusing on strategic planning, innovation, and market commercialization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global product strategies aligned with company objectives and market opportunities
• Conduct comprehensive market analysis, competitive assessments, and VOC (Voice of Customer) research to identify unmet needs and emerging trends
• Define and manage the product portfolio, ensuring alignment with market demands and profitability goals
• Co-lead with R&D the innovation process, from concept generation to product launch, driving the development of cutting-edge medical devices
• Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and regulatory teams to ensure timely and effective product development
• Manage the product development lifecycle, including defining product requirements, creating product roadmaps, and overseeing project execution
• Develop and execute comprehensive global product launch plans, including marketing strategies, sales training, and distribution channel development
• Create compelling product messaging and positioning to drive market adoption
• Monitor and analyze product performance post-launch, making adjustments as needed to maximize success
• Be a driving and executional force of Geographical Expansion
• Develop and implement effective pricing strategies to optimize revenue and market share
• Manage product lifecycle, including product rationalization, discontinuation, and obsolescence planning
• Conduct regular product performance reviews and identify opportunities for improvement
• Maintain a deep understanding of global medical device regulations, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
• Develop and manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clinicians, distributors, and industry associations
• Travel internationally as required to support global product initiatives

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., engineering, life sciences, business); MBA preferred
• Minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in global product management within the medical device industry, some dental experience is a must
• Proven track record of successful product development, launch, and lifecycle management in a global market
• Extensive experience in VOC research, market analysis, and competitive assessments
• Strong understanding of medical device regulations (e.g., FDA, CE)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
• MBA preferred
