Job Summary We are seeking skilled and motivated grant writers to join our remote team. As a Grant Writer, you will play a pivotal role in researching funding opportunities, preparing compelling proposals, and securing grants that align with our mission and goals. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • * Research and identify funding opportunities, including government grants, foundation grants, and corporate sponsorships.
  • * Write, edit, and submit well-researched grant proposals and supporting documents tailored to each funder’s requirements.
  • * Maintain a thorough understanding of the company’s objectives, programs, and financial needs to align grant applications effectively.
  • * Develop and maintain a database of grant opportunities and submission deadlines.
  • * Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary data, budgets, and other relevant information for proposals.
  • * Track and report on the progress of submitted proposals, including follow-ups and grant renewals.
  • * Ensure compliance with grant regulations and requirements, meeting all deadlines and guidelines.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications
  • * Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Nonprofit Management, or a related field.
  • * Proven experience in grant writing, with a strong portfolio of successful grant proposals.
  • * Exceptional writing, editing, and research skills.
  • * Ability to understand and articulate complex projects in a clear and persuasive manner.
  • * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management software.
  • * Strong organizational skills, with attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • * Knowledge of grant funding processes and the ability to navigate funding databases.
  • Experience
  • * Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in grant writing or a related field.
  • * Experience in nonprofit, educational, or corporate fundraising is highly desirable.
  • * Familiarity with grant management tools is a plus.
  • Working Hours
  • * Flexible working hours with the ability to meet deadlines and accommodate funder timelines.
  • * Remote position with occasional virtual team meetings during standard business hours.
