Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on language scenarios

• Capture reproducible error traces
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Haryanvi language, linguistics, or a closely related field
• Native-level fluency in Haryanvi
• Deep, practical understanding of the language's nuances
• Extensive experience in teaching, translation, or community-based linguistic projects
• Clear, metacognitive communication skills
