• Conducting follow-up calls to track expected charts and provide updates to offices
• Sending fax requests to providers and researching information using online websites and internal applications
• Utilizing Microsoft Excel daily to manage projects, report progress, and identify barriers
• Persisting in finding accurate information to retrieve medical records, demonstrating a strong commitment to excellence
• Performing additional duties as assigned, including potential minimal travel

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry
• Preferred 3 years of experience in Medical Records or Case Management
