Strong hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR architecture and implementation
Experience designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions
Proven experience supporting CMS interoperability initiatives
Strong understanding of healthcare data exchange standards
Experience leading technical teams and mentoring analysts/developers
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Skills

10+ years of Healthcare IT experience
Strong hands-on expertise with HL7 FHIR architecture and implementation
Experience designing and implementing healthcare interoperability solutions
Proven experience supporting CMS interoperability initiatives
