About the Role

This is a high-performance inbound closing role. You’ll be speaking directly with qualified attorney leads who have already applied through our marketing funnels and expressed interest in working with us. No cold calling. No outbound prospecting. No chasing leads. Your role is to lead the sales conversation, understand each attorney’s goals, determine fit, handle objections, and confidently close them into our coaching program. What You’ll Do

• Take inbound Zoom sales calls with qualified attorney leads
• Present and close our $12.8K high-ticket coaching offer
• Build rapport quickly with high-level professionals
• Identify client goals, challenges, and opportunities
• Handle objections with confidence and clarity
• Follow up with warm prospects as needed
• Maintain accurate CRM notes and pipeline updates
• Collaborate with leadership to improve conversions and sales performance

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of high-ticket closing experience (remote preferred)
• Strong communication and sales conversation control
• Comfortable selling over Zoom
• Confident handling objections and asking for the close
• Professional, reliable, and self-managed
• Coachable, driven, and competitive mindset
• Experience in coaching, consulting, SaaS, info-product, or education sales is a plus

Compensation

• 10% commission on cash collected
• 12.5% commission after $100,000 in total collected revenue
• High earning potential for top performers
