Position Overview careerzynith is seeking a highly motivated HRIS Analyst – Business Process & Data Management to join our remote HR technology team. In this role you will be the primary steward of our core HR system, MyHR Connection (SuccessFactors Employee Central), responsible for large‑scale data imports, data integrity, system enhancements, and acting as the liaison between HR and the IT Acquire‑to‑Retire (ATR) team. You will combine technical expertise with strong communication skills to solve business problems, drive automation, and improve the employee experience across the organization. Key Responsibilities 60% – HR Information Systems Management

  • Execute high‑volume data imports into MyHR Connection using best‑practice bulk load techniques, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the target state data model.
  • Serve as the business process owner for MyHR Connection, evaluating new and existing enhancements, prioritizing requests, and communicating changes to stakeholders to improve data quality and user experience.
  • Provide detailed status updates on project implementations that impact HR technology, keeping the HR leadership team informed of progress and risks.
  • Audit HR master data to verify accuracy, perform data correction, and conduct root‑cause analysis to maintain data integrity across HR systems.
  • Act as the subject‑matter expert for reporting requirements, partnering with the Workforce Analytics Analyst to design and deliver complex or ad‑hoc reports.
  • Develop and maintain training materials for HR processes, ensuring consistent user adoption and compliance with system policies.
  • Collaborate with the data exchange team to create and share data flow diagrams, ensuring clear documentation of integration points.
  • Support data validation activities, including daily system integrations between SuccessFactors and related platforms such as Lawson and OpenText.
  • Consult with end‑users and IT partners to refine business processes and enhance the overall employee experience.

40% – Continuous Improvement & Automation

  • Identify opportunities to leverage automation and data analytics to streamline HR operations, including SuccessFactors, Lawson, OpenText, and other HR technologies.
  • Partner with the careerzynith IT ATR team to understand configuration and design of SuccessFactors, contributing to system enhancements that align with business needs.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into data‑driven decision‑making to improve MyHR Connection performance.
  • Work cross‑functionally with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), HR business partners, and IT to surface and prioritize improvement initiatives.
  • Provide data and insights for ad‑hoc projects, ensuring that recommendations are grounded in solid analysis.

Minimum Qualifications (Required)

  • High School diploma or GED.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) or in an IT role supporting HR technology.
  • Demonstrated technical knowledge of core HR systems, specifically SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the ability to consolidate and manipulate multiple data sets.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non‑technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
  • Continuous‑improvement mindset with experience applying Lean or similar methodologies.
  • Ability to interact professionally with employees and external partners.
  • Analytical capabilities, including documentation, requirements gathering, and system analysis.
  • Experience working with large data volumes, identifying inconsistencies, and performing root‑cause analysis.
  • Self‑starter who can thrive both independently and as part of a fast‑paced, high‑volume team, maintaining focus on service delivery, accuracy, and timeliness.
