The Inside Sales Moving Consultant drives revenue by engaging leads, conducting virtual move assessments, and closing sales remotely while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage and qualify inbound and outbound leads to drive sales
• Conduct virtual move assessments and provide accurate estimates
• Collaborate with operations and project teams to ensure service excellence
• Maintain CRM and documentation for all client interactions
• Follow up with clients to close sales and confirm bookings
• Identify upsell opportunities and build long-term client relationships

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's preferred
• 1–2 years in inside sales or customer-facing sales roles
• Lead management and sales execution

• CRM proficiency and reporting
