Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: Minimum of 1 year delivering high‑quality support in a call‑center, retail, or hospitality setting.
  • Soft‑Sales Background: At least 3 months of proven upselling, cross‑selling, or telemarketing experience.
