[Remote] International Business Development Territory Manager

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Power Test, LLC is an industry leader in the design and manufacture of heavy-duty testing systems. They are seeking an International Business Development Territory Manager to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth in assigned international territories, focusing on the industrial vertical and managing both direct customers and channel partners.

Responsibilities

  • Direct Hunting: Act as the primary point of accountability for all sales activity and new logo acquisition in the territory
  • Channel Management: Provide day-to-day guidance, coaching, and performance oversight for all assigned reps, dealers, and distributors
  • Strategic Alignment: Ensure that third-party channel partners operate consistently with the company’s industrial strategy, pipeline development goals, and sales execution standards
  • Commercial Discipline: Collaborate with partners to maximize revenue, maintain commercial discipline, and drive customer satisfaction

Skills

  • 5+ years of B2B industrial capital equipment or technical solution sales experience
  • A proven track record of direct, new account acquisition and field-level execution
  • Experience managing, motivating, and providing functional guidance to external sales reps or a multi-country territory
  • Deep technical aptitude for complex engineered solutions and heavy industrial applications
  • 50% international travel
