OM Housing is seeking a Project Manager for their Food Minerva & Genesis Program, which is a high-impact enterprise transformation initiative. The role involves driving execution across multiple strategic workstreams, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing visibility to senior leadership on critical initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain integrated project plans across multiple workstreams
• Manage milestones, timelines, dependencies, and critical paths
• Ensure project plans align with approved scope and delivery objectives
• Monitor project progress, deliverables, and overall project health
• Track workstream commitments and key milestones
• Drive corrective actions to address schedule variances
• Maintain RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues & Dependencies)
• Identify bottlenecks and cross-functional dependencies
• Develop mitigation plans and escalate critical risks when needed
• Prepare weekly status reports, dashboards, and leadership updates
• Facilitate governance meetings and executive reviews
• Provide actionable insights and decision support
• Coordinate across business, engineering, testing, change management, and deployment teams
• Drive collaboration and accountability across stakeholders
• Support seamless execution from build through go-live
• Assess impacts of scope changes on timeline, budget, and resources
• Facilitate change control processes and approvals
• Ensure approved changes are reflected in project plans
• Coordinate go-live readiness activities
• Track cutover execution and stabilization efforts
• Support post-launch hypercare and project closure activities
• Maintain project plans, RAID logs, decision logs, and status reports
• Support audit and compliance requirements
• Ensure project documentation reflects delivery outcomes

Skills

• 4+ years of Project Management experience
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Strong project planning, governance, and risk management skills
• Excellent stakeholder communication and executive reporting experience
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities in matrixed environments
• Strong organizational, leadership, and execution skills
• Experience supporting enterprise technology or transformation programs
• 5+ years of Project Management experience
