The Junior Associate Disability Attorney will represent clients in hearings and assist with various legal tasks, contributing to the firm's mission of helping clients regain financial stability and independence.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in hearings before Social Security Administrative Law Judges
• Answering client questions
• Reviewing & developing pre-hearing and hearing level cases
• Conducting legal research
• Writing pre-hearing brief memorandums for disability hearings
• Drafting appeals council briefs
• Regular client contact, mostly by telephone but also in person, by mail and email

• Ability to Travel to and from Hearings in Other Cities and States Up to 70% of the Time
