They are seeking a Junior Video Content Creator to ideate, script, and produce short-form videos, while also interviewing and directing participants to create engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Ideate & script short-form videos built around strong hooks and great storytelling
• Interview & direct people to be on camera — and make nervous people feel comfortable so they can produce good content
• Shoot footage: often self-shot / lightweight setups
• Stay current on trends and formats that are working right now on Reels / TikTok / Shorts

Skills

• Ability to ideate & script short-form videos built around strong hooks and great storytelling
• Experience in interviewing & directing people to be on camera and making nervous people feel comfortable
• Ability to shoot footage, often self-shot with lightweight setups
