The Role

As a Remote Live Chat Assistant, you will be responsible for conducting live chats with existing and prospective clients, providing exceptional customer service, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

* Respond to customer messages on the OnlyFans platform, answering questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts

  • Work independently with minimal supervision, following provided steps and instructions
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless support and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize your communication skills to build strong relationships with clients and resolve issues efficiently

Requirements:

* Device with access to social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions closely
  • Reliable internet connection and 5+ hours of availability per week
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in customer service or a related field
