Responsibilities

• Assist with the creation and implementation of marketing campaigns
• Contribute to the development of marketing materials, such as brochures and presentations
• Conduct market research and analysis to support marketing initiatives
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
• Participate in departmental and organizational meetings
• Other duties as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in related field of study
• 1+ years of relevant marketing experience; internships, coordinator-level experience
• 2+ years of experience in a health care setting
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Committed to teamwork and collaboration
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, stay organized, and meet deadlines
• Ability to prepare presentations and marketing materials in multiple formats
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Strong proofreading ability and close attention to detail
• Professionalism, sound judgment, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately
• Willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate across teams
• Comfort with using AI-enabled workflow tools, including CoPilot
